Overview

The GWT Nation Mentorship Program is designed to help young Africans become more productive and goal-oriented. This program builds accountability and equips participants with the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to the workforce. Mentorship cohorts engage in community outreach activities to pay forward the knowledge and support they receive

We have a robust library of resources and members learn with videos of the month. 

Programs

  1. GWT Nation: A robust mentoring community that provides a support system and practical guidance for young professionals.
  2. Accountability Circles: Weekly and monthly check-ins where members set goals and track their progress with the help of mentors.

Impact

  • Over 65 participants from 5 countries in the mentorship program since its inception.
  • Graduates of the program have gone on to achieve personal and professional milestones, from securing teaching positions to leading community outreach initiatives.

Next Steps

  • Expand access to mentorship for young people in 10 African countries.
  • Develop new programs to reach more young professionals and help them excel in their careers.
